GCL-AK Geared Trolley

1、 Function

The manual monorail trolley can be hung on various small cranes or installed on fixed I-beams, paired with chain hoists and other components to form a complete lifting machinery. Suitable for warehouses, workshops, and power plants with low work efficiency requirements, can be used for installation, maintenance equipment, or lifting heavy objects

2、 Structure

The GCL/GCT series manual monorail trolley has the structure of two pairs of main and auxiliary wheels installed on the left and right pull plates respectively. A crossbeam is installed between the two pull plates and connected with bolts. A lifting ring is hung on the crossbeam, and the sprocket is installed at one end of the gear shaft. The driving sprocket rotates the driving vehicle, and the trolley can move back and forth along the I-beam.

3、 Usage and Maintenance

1. Fill all lubrication points of the manual monorail trolley with butter every three months to ensure the normal operation of the machine.

2. Do not exceed the lifting capacity specified on the nameplate of the trolley during use.

3. When transporting goods, heavy objects are not allowed to pass over people's heads.

4. The operator should stand in the same plane as the bracelet wheel to pull the hand chain, and do not pull the bracelet bar diagonally in a different plane from the bracelet wheel.

5. When pulling the bracelet, the force should be uniform and gentle, and not too strong.
