Inspection standards for hand chain hoists
The inspection standards for hand chain hoists mainly include the following aspects:

Appearance inspection: Check whether the shell of the Chain Hoist is clean and tidy, and whether there are any obvious damage, deformation or cracks.
Gear inspection: Check whether the gear of the hand chain hoist has broken teeth, wear, etc., and whether it can rotate normally.
Hook inspection: Check whether the hook is deformed, damaged, and whether it can be opened and closed normally.
Lifting chain inspection: Check whether the lifting chain is worn or broken. If there is any problem, it needs to be replaced.
Brake inspection: Check whether the brake can brake normally and is fixed on the gear. Check whether there is any looseness.
No-load test: Check the working condition of the chain hoist when there is no load, and whether there is any jamming phenomenon.

Rated load test: Conducted on a special test bench to test whether the wire rope stroke of the hand chain hoist meets the standard requirements.
Dynamic load test: Conducted on a special test bench to test whether the wire rope movement distance meets the requirements when loaded at 1.1 times the rated load.
Static load test: Conducted on a special test bench to test whether the clamps and clamping plates affect the performance when loaded at 1.5 times the rated load.
Hook test: Gradually load the center of the hook cavity on the material testing machine to 2 times the rated load and 4 times the rated load to check whether the deformation of the hook mouth exceeds the allowable value.
Reliability test: Continuously pull the forward rod and reverse rod back and forth under the rated load, so that the cumulative back-and-forth stroke of the wire rope is not less than 120 meters, and test whether each part is abnormal.
Other inspection items: including the roundness of the wire rope end, the flatness of the clamping plate, the riveting quality and painting condition of the parts, etc.

The above inspections are all to ensure the normal operation and safety of the hand chain hoist, and to provide a basis for the maintenance of the equipment.
