Where can't chain hoist be oiled?
Chain hand chain hoists need regular maintenance and care, which can not only avoid many problems during use, but also extend the service life and reduce the cost of replacement and repair. During maintenance, some positions inside the hoist need to be lubricated. If the user is not clear about the internal structure, he can refer to the manual or product decomposition diagram to learn.
Generally, the position that needs to be lubricated is the transmission part, and other positions cannot be lubricated, especially the brake position, including the friction plate brake seat, etc. The meshing part of the spline gear and the plate gear at the transmission position, including the middle long shaft, needs lubrication, which can not only make the entire chain hand chain hoist run smoothly without jamming, but also have a certain anti-rust effect. When should we apply oil? Generally, we can disassemble and check the internal parts for 3 months or half a year. The time is not fixed according to the actual frequency of use. If it is not maintained for a long time, the accessories of the entire hoist need to be cleaned, and they also need to be re-oiled after cleaning.
Care should be taken to prevent the oil residue from contaminating other locations, including the outer casing sprocket, etc. After maintenance is completed, install it and carry out a lifting test. The empty pull can operate normally, and then lift some light and heavy objects and they can rise and fall normally.
